some notes with respect to making suitable templates:

- give a proper top margin to the "Preformatted Text" style
- assign the right amount of indentation to "Numbering 1" (the same as "List
  1")
- if you create separate styles for left- and right-flowed floats (e.g. "Frame
  FlowLeft" and "Frame FlowRight", the generator can in theory take advantage
  of that
- set the "Caption" style to center alignment, if desired
